Are bounce houses safe?

Yes. Our bounce houses are constructed to be as safe as possible. Each bounce house comes with a front step for safety, emergency exits, and a minimum of 12-inch stake tie downs. Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times. This will help ensure that all safety rules are followed and all children have assistance entering and exiting the bounce house.

Are your bounce houses clean?

Absolutely! All of our units are cleaned top to bottom on a monthly basis. We also clean and inspect each unit upon delivery and then again upon pickup. We ask for your help in keeping our units clean. Please inform us of any areas that need attention.

Do you deliver and set up?

Absolutely! We will arrive at a prescheduled time and go over the safety with you. Once the liability waiver has been signed and payment has been made, setup will begin. Our friendly drivers have been well trained in the safe and efficient setup of each unit. They will address all concerns you have before, during and after setup. We just ask that prior to our arrival you have cleared the area of any pet debris, lawn clippings, rocks, sticks, etc. This will enable us to efficiently setup your unit in about 25 min.

How do I reserve my bounce house?

Simple! Review the units that we have listed on this website. Then call 510-3677 or email us at info@yeepees.com. Our friendly scheduling staff will guide you through the process and will answer any questions that you have.

How much room do I need to set up a bounce house?

You should have a clear level area that is 30'x30' with a vertical clearance of at least 25'. When you call to reserve your bounce house, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular bouncer you will be renting. If you are unsure about the location and would like us to look at the site, please call us at least 2 weeks in advance. All site inspections are done at our convenience and an inspection fee of up to $50 may apply.

How many kids fit in the bounce house?

13' x 13' bounce house:

Is there a deposit required to reserve a bounce house?

Currently we are not taking deposits.

What are the bounce house rules?

-- Adult supervision is required at all times.
-- No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, or drinks.
-- No climbing on the walls or netting.
-- No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting.
-- No SILLY STRING!
-- Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time.

What is your weather policy?

Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses. If we show up at your house and you elect to cancel the event the customer is required to pay 50% of rental charges. However, if you elect to proceed with the party, there are NO REFUNDS ONCE WE HAVE SET UP THE UNIT AT YOUR LOCATION.

What kind of power is required?

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110 volt household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

When should I reserve a bounce house?

Bounce houses are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bounces book up 1-2 weeks in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve early since there is no deposit required. If bounce houses are available, we are able to take same day reservations.

What type of surface can the bounce house be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area.

How long do I get to keep it?

We deliver, setup and remove your unit for one flat fee. You rental fee allows you to keep the unit for the day. What do we mean “the day”? We simply ask that you allow us to pick up the unit no later than 9pm on the day it was delivered. You can have it setup as early as you like.

Can I keep it overnight?

We currently do not offer this service. In an effort to keep our costs affordable we have chosen not to allow overnight rentals. If you require an overnight rental we can suggest other companies that do allow overnight rentals.

Can we pick up the bounce house?

In short, No. Safety is our main concern with setup and removal of the unit. Our drivers and setup crews have been trained in the safe setup and removal of all units. Please allow us to provide you with a safely installed unit.
